200HR Yoga Teacher Training: Embodiment & Soul Wisdom

Deepen Your Practice. Teach from the Heart.

This isn’t just about learning poses. It’s about listening — to your body, your breath, your spirit. It’s about feeling why your soul lights up in certain postures, and how yoga becomes a living practice of presence, confidence, and connection.

Our year-long training is designed for practitioners who want to step into the path of teaching — not just with knowledge, but with authenticity and soul.

What you’ll explore

Philosophy & Wisdom — The roots of yoga, the Eight Limbs, and how to live them beyond the mat.

Embodiment of Asanas — Moving beyond form into energy, emotion, and deeper alignment.

Breath & Mindfulness — Pranayama and meditation practices that anchor awareness.

Anatomy & Safe Practice — Honoring the body while deepening into its wisdom.

Teaching with Presence — Sequencing,  cueing, and holding sacred space for students.

Integration — Yoga as a way of living, healing, and evolving.

3. Advanced Embodiment — Exploring inversions, meditation, and subtle energetics

4. Teaching & Integration — Finding your authentic voice and offering yoga from the heart

The Heart of the Training

By the end of the program, you won’t just be ready to teach yoga — you’ll embody yoga. You’ll carry the wisdom of presence into your classes and into your life, guiding others not just through movement, but into connection with their truest selves.

This is a journey of self-discovery, sacred embodiment, and soulful teaching.
