200HR Yoga Teacher Training: Embodiment & Soul Wisdom
Deepen Your Practice. Teach from the Heart.
This isn’t just about learning poses. It’s about listening — to your body, your breath, your spirit. It’s about feeling why your soul lights up in certain postures, and how yoga becomes a living practice of presence, confidence, and connection.
Our year-long training is designed for practitioners who want to step into the path of teaching — not just with knowledge, but with authenticity and soul.
